Wrong Items

ordered 2 x 100 pcs (1 black, 1 blue) and instead 2 x 50 pcs arrived. Also, one of the 50 pc packs were individually wrapped masks which I did not want. I have now sent 4 emails to customer service over the last 2 months with no reply. I understand that sometimes the wrong goods will be shipped though not providing any sort of customer service response is unacceptable. I would not shop here.
